Mike’s estate agency career started in 1984 for a local independent company in St Ives called Ekins Dilley & Handley. In 2001, Mike co-launched Ellis Winters Sales & Lettings, with the ambition of providing a high quality, approachable service to homemovers, something that is instilled in all Ellis Winters team.

Tom started his estate agency career back in 2005 as a property valuer covering St Ives. Since that time Tom has gone on to develop and refine effective marketing and operational strategies within estate agency, something that gives each one of Ellis Winters clients an edge in achieving their move.

Having been with Ellis Winters since 2006, Matt is one of the most experienced property valuers in the area. Matt specialises in the valuation and marketing of unique and high value homes, taking a lead role for all clients using our ‘Exclusive’ service. If you want to know how to maximise the value of your home, Matt is the person to ask.

Sue is a Director of the company and oversees the Lettings department. She is responsible for the implementation of our rental processes and the interaction with governing bodies such as ARLA and the RLA. She works on behalf of our landlords making sure they are compliant and oversees all the changes in the rental regulations introduced by central Government. Sue enjoys socialising and spending time with her family and two grandsons.

Jan is a Director of the company and oversees the very successful Sales team in the Chatteris office. She has more than thirty years experience in estate agency and her expertise and knowledge has helped thousands of sellers and buyers successfully move home. Jan enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Lisa co-founded Ellis Winters along with Mike and Ian in 2001, having worked in estate agency since the 1990’s. Highly organised and with an attention to detail, Lisa ensures every one of our clients receives the 5-star service Ellis Winters has become synonymous with.

Jo heads up our ARLA-qualified property management team, responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided to both our landlords and tenants.

Terry started his estate agency career in 2013 and has since risen through the ranks due to his determination to offer exceptional service to his clients. Having worked in March and Chatteris during this time, Terry has an excellent knowledge of the local area and housing market.

Louise’s first experience of estate agency was when she did work experience in a local agency. Falling in love with the job, she stayed on over the summer after which she joined a youth training scheme and worked her way up through the industry. If you're looking to achieve the best price for your property, Louise has the experience and knowledge to achieve this.

Phil is a well-known face to home movers in the area having been in the property industry since 2003. An agent with genuine enthusiasm for helping clients underpinned by almost two decades of property experience, it’s no wonder Phil has many clients return to enlist his help in their next move.

Jeanette is the most experienced valuer in the Chatteris area and has lived in the town most of her life. Having a background in conveyancing has helped tremendously especially when talking to sellers about the sales process. Her marketing skills are excellent and her professionalism is invaluable when dealing with both vendors and purchasers. Jeanette loves everything to do with the 1940s and 50s and enjoys going to events.

Charlotte joined Ellis Winters in 2018 when she was 17 and has flourished in helping clients sell, buy and rent their property. Megan is an enthusiastic and professional estate agent, bringing extensive experience and local knowledge to the Ellis Winters team. Garry started his estate agency career in 1997 in the city center of Cambridge. From day one, he embraced the challenges of the property industry, quickly learning the ins and outs of helping clients buy and sell their homes. With over two decades of experience, Garry has built a successful career, thriving in the fast-paced environment of estate agency. Now based at our Chatteris branch, Garry is committed to guiding both buyers and sellers through their property journeys. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and exploring the local area, appreciating everything that Cambridgeshire has to offer.

Having worked as an estate agent since 2020, Adam has a wealth of local knowledge. He is based in our March office and is responsible for sales within the area. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys and has a passion for motor sport.

With a lengthy career spent largely in administrative roles, Debs brings two decades of experience and specialist expertise in Estate Agency administration.  Outside of work she loves gardening, spending time with her granddaughter and socialising with friends.

Kerry is a part-time Administrator at our Chatteris branch who also works on Sundays as a weekender doing both sales and lettings viewings.  She has spent her entire career in admin roles, and her outgoing and friendly personality is perfect for meeting clients to show them properties.  She enjoys keeping things organised, supporting the team and helping to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.  When she is not at work, you’ll usually find her crocheting, baking something sweet or heading out for a country walk to unwind.

Amy has been with Ellis Winters for 9 years working within the lettings team and had previously been in lettings for 3 years before joining us. Prior to that, she spent 3 years studying beauty and spa therapy. Amy is responsible for arranging maintenance, preparing contracts/lease extensions, referencing new tenants and handling move ins and move outs. In her spare time she likes to walk her Labradors, spend time with horses and shopping.

Debbie has been with Ellis Winters since 2020 and was previously a chef. Before that she worked in marketing and business development. Her responsibilities include referencing new tenants, organising move ins and move outs and maintenance of our lettings properties. Debbie also ensures all properties are compliant with safety certificates.

Having been with the company since 2023, Maria's responsibilities include referencing tenants and preparing contracts, organising deposits, obtaining safety certificates, move in/outs, and handling maintenance issues. She has 30 years of client service experience spanning property management, interior design, retail, media, catering and fashion. Outside of work, Maria is a Pilates instructor and enjoys travelling and gourmet cooking.

Sheila has worked as an estate agent for over 22 years, during the course working in Sales and Rentals and has been with Ellis Winters since 2017. Having lived in Chatteris all her life, she has a wealth of local knowledge. When not working, spending family time with her grandchildren is important to her as well as playing in a local concert band.

Anna has been in the property industry since 2024, specialising in maintenance. Prior to that she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry and customer service. Her responsibilities include referencing new tenants, organising move ins and move outs, the maintenance of our lettings properties and ensuring all properties are compliant with safety certificates. In her spare time Anna is a keen naturalist and bird watcher who enjoys long nature hikes, travelling, movies and gardening.

Michelle is the Senior Accounts and Sales Administrator at the Chatteris branch of Ellis Winters, the main focus of this role is managing the rental income. With 16 years of experience within the company, she has a diverse background, having previously worked in both the sales and rental departments. Outside the office, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and has recently achieved a black belt in kickboxing.

Sasha is a marketing specialist with 20 years’ experience, bringing a people-first approach to her role at Ellis Winters. Her background spans marketing, counselling, and funeral care, giving her a strong understanding of how clear, empathetic communication supports clients through major life decisions such as buying or selling a home. She thrives on using the written word to reflect Ellis Winters’ values and deliver thoughtful, reassuring messaging. Outside of work, she fosters animals (including a skunk and a sphynx) and volunteers with local charities.

Warren is a mortgage advice whizz who has a great rapport with clients. His friendly and easy-going nature makes financial conversations reassuringly easy to understand.

Yasmin is a resourceful and determined advisor, always seeking to provide the best possible mortgage advice and find solutions for her clients. When she is not working, she can be found wrangling her kids on a dog walk & racing to finish a coffee before it gets cold!
